COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update *Office Closed to Public*

Dear Valued Customers,

Protecting our employees and customers is our highest priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For this reason, along with government recommendation, we are closing our office during the COVID-19 pandemic to limit viral spread and exposure for both our employees and customers.

We are still available to assist you. We will take care of your needs via phone call, email, or fax.

If a transaction cannot be performed through one of these methods, we ask that you schedule an in-person appointment. Additional cleaning precautions will be taken for all appointments.

Additionally, many of our carriers have developed payment assistance programs, so should you require payment assistance, call the carrier billing department directly. We can help direct you if necessary.

In observance of the upcoming holidays, our office will be closed
Friday, December 24th, and will remain closed through Monday, December 27; returning Tuesday December 28th.
We will also be closed on Friday, December 31st, 2021, returning Monday, January 3rd 2022.
